"Huye Mountain is a favorite of mine year after year, and this year is no exception. My favorite thing about it is the consistent rich sweetness reminiscent of stone fruit and honey. I love it as a filter coffee, but it's always such a treat to have as espresso. It's a truly beautiful coffee that I'm excited to see on our menu with each fresh crop."
